International scientific conference

WELCOME!

Byelorussian community of scanning probe microscopy invites you to take part in International scientific seminar 'METHODOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF SCANNING PROBE MICROSCOPY' (BySPM).

Our seminar is held biannually since 1996. SPM specialists from Belarus, Russia, Ukraine and other countries take part in the seminar.

Since 1996, the Conference was held as 'Byelorussian seminar on scanning probe microscopy' (BySPM). Starting from 2006, the seminar got the name 'METHODOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF SCANNING PROBE MICROSCOPY'. In 2010 it was decided to hold the event in the conference format.

Objective of the Conference is discussion of achievements in development of scanning probe microscopy methods and their application for solving research and applied problems.

Working languages of the Conference are Russian and English.
